Research shows that weighing yourself on a daily basis is key to maintaining your weight loss.  Daily weigh-ins allow you to be on top of any weight gain.  While we all experience daily fluctuations in our weight, due to water retention and dehydration, if your weight goes up by 2%,  it's time to cut back.  We all know that it is much easier to lose 3 pounds than it is 5 pounds.
