Accept Who You Are. Address a Negative Self Image and Negative Emotions.

You can impact your healthy weight goals by embarking on a personal spiritual journey that specifically addresses your inner thoughts and feelings.  Your attitude and mental outlook have a large impact on your ability to be happy and your ability to achieve your weight loss goals.  If your self esteem has been damaged and weakened over time because of a negative self-image or negative people in your life, then it must be repaired.  In order to succeed at long-term weight management you should:

  • Accept who and where you are, and mentally prepare to move forward.

  • Believe that you are worthy and deserving of achieving your goals.
